I have plotted the contour plot using Tecplot. X and Y are in the range of -300 to 300mm and 0 to 300 mm respectively. Now I would like to normalise these coordinate using 50mm, so can any one help me how to do this?
Thank you in advance.IMG-20200825-WA0003.jpg

You mean you want the Y range to go from -6 to 6 and X to go from 0 to 6?

The easiest way is to make a new variable (Data --> Alter --> Specify Equations...):

{Height} = {Y}*1000/50
{Width} = {X}*1000/50

(The "*1000" is to convert from meters to mm and the "/50" is to normalize to 50).

You can then go to Plot --> Assign XY... and select Height for your Y axis and Width for your X axis.
