I made some figures using excel file as data input for tecplot and saved it as layout along-with the style file. Later, I could reopen it and make changes as required.
But now, when I am reopening my tecplot layout file, its showing "Errors detected while reading layout file. Portions of the layout may be missing." I don't know what to do? Why is this happening? Thanks in Advance. |

It could be that you moved the file from the directory specified in the layout file. Open the layout file in a text editor and verify that you are calling the correct file location.

If you have saved your file using .lay format, ensure that .plt files with same name as the .lay file is available in same directory. Tecplot read the data from the .plt file in the same location of the saved .lay file.

Can anyone help me with a problem I am facing. I have made .lpk file in tecplot. However, when I am trying to open it it is showing me this error.
"Corrupt layout package file header" Anyone happen to know why it is happening and the solution of it? Thanks in advanced. |
