To whom it may concern
I'm trying to study this two coupled equations attached in the picture. The target unknowns are w(i,n) and p(i,n) with spatial index i and temporal index n, everything else in these two equations are known such as a, Q, q, k, delta_z, delta_t. etc. The original paper itself says Thomas algorithm works, however it works for the first eqn for I know p(i,n) then I know w(i,n). For the second eqn, if I know p and w at (n-1) time how can I solve for p and w simultaneously in time (n)? Thanks for whoever think about it |
