Can you provide some thermochemical non-equilibrium literature involving Air-5 gas models(N2,O2,N,O,NO),I want to verify whether the results I ran on su2 (including the distribution of mass fraction for Air-5 gas) are accurate.

Since your request is rather specific, I cannot answer really well to that.

Usually, on a scientific endeavor, the researcher does their due diligence in terms of modeling before running head-first into simulations (in CFD especially that can also be costly). And I would recommend doing it that way around compared to what you apparently did.

I am not here to gatekeep, so here some general directions
- the non-equilibrium stuff in SU2 is running under the name SU2-NEMO
- so here would be the google scholar result which points you to probably most literature that was done in SU2 with respect to non-eq simulations https://scholar.google.com/scholar?h...su2+nemo&btnG=
- if that is not your thing, maybe the SU2 nemo stuff on youtube already gives you an idea, or the right people to search for in literature https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=SU2+nemo
- you could also look at the methods they use in SU2-NEMO and search for those together with your special application in mind and see how the broader scientific community uses that more often than just SU2 https://su2code.github.io/docs_v7/Th...onequilibrium/

I know this is not a direct answer but maybe it points into the right direction.
