Hi

I am using SU2 7.3.1 and trying to use a cgns mesh exported from Salome.

I am receiving the following error message:

Parsing config file for zone 0
Assertion failed: (head && *head), function H5CX__pop_common, file ../externals/cgns/hdf5/H5CX.c, line 3579.
Abort

Does someone knows why and what can I do to solve it?

Thanks

Maybe it is in the wrong format.

Please check if you have the option to save the cgns in ADF format, since this is the only cgns format currently supported by SU2.

Hi

Unfortunately I can't find a control on the type of CGNS output.

You can install cgnstools, you will then have the conversion tools hdf2adf and adf2hdf:
https://cgns.github.io/CGNS_docs_cur...ols/tools.html
