Hello,
I was wondering if I need to nondimensionalize the mesh if I am running SU2 in nondimesional mode?
Or does SU2 perform spatial nondimensionalization?

Here is a manual for the non-dim issues:
https://su2code.github.io/docs_v7/Physical-Definition/

The ref. value of length is 1 which means you can just use one mesh for both dim and non-dim mode.

Dose the REYNOLDS_LENGTH in cfg file means the real length of 1 in the mesh file?
For example, the REYNOLDS_LENGTH=1m represents the 1 in the mesh file is 1meter?
the REYNOLDS_LENGTH=0.001m represents the 1 in the mesh file is 0.001 meter?

The Reynolds length L is used to compute the Reynolds number Re=rho * V * L / mu
So you choose it according to whatever is your characteristic length scale.
The units of the mesh are meters (SYSTEM_MEASUREMENTS=SI) or inches (SYSTEM_MEASUREMENTS=US)
If you want to change this, you have to scale your mesh in your mesher or with SU2_DEF
