Hello,
I have been trying to create a fem grid for a static structural case using gmsh and exporting the grids in su2 format, but I find that SU2 is only able to read the grid if the the elements are linear. For example, I was creating quadrilateral elements and when I chose first order in gmsh and then export to SU2 it runs fine but when I try to increase the number of nodes per element from 4 to 8, SU2 is unable to read it and just gets stuck at that point. Could anyone point to what I could be potentially doing wrong? |

The FEA solver only supports linear elements.
