Hi,

I am new in SU2. Recently, I am trying to change shapes of wings, with the help of FFD in SU2. However, I am not quite clear about how make the settings for each FFD method. For example, if I hope to change the sweep angle of a wing, what should I do with it, please?

And if you are not sure whether a particular setting is producing the deformation you want, you can always set VISUALIZE_DEFORMATION to YES, and run SU2_DEF on your config file. This will output files that you can use to visualize the deformed mesh.

Hi all,


I am trying to change the sweep angle of the wing with the help of FFD box. I have successfully created FFD box. But I am not able to figure out which DV_KIND to choose while running SU2_DEF, to get a change in sweep angle. Could someone please help?
