i have few doubts in cfd
1) can i set transition point in su2 for a particular analysis 2) in un-steady pitching and aero-elastic analysis i want only the history file to be written i dnt want to write the file output for other option like volume and surface flow data in windows os . do Su2 has any config option to do that 3) what does the full MG= yes does as it is giving me absurd pitching and plunging value compared to when its no i am using mg level = 3 if anybody has knowledge about the concerned above stated quiries ,please let me know |

Hey,
I can only give you an answer to question one. It is not standard in SU2 that you can pick a location in your grid from where the turbulence model starts working. However it is very easy to implement yourself. You can just add it in the method :void CTurbSASolver::Postprocessing a simple clause to set the muT to zero if it is before a certain point. Hope it helps! |
