PEMFC Mesh problem

Hi guy,
i wanted to mesh my PEMFC Model with Directed Mesh from front side to back side with Auto Mesh and Base Size with 2E-4m. With this Base Size it works and look like this in pic, but when i change the base Size to 2E-5m then comes the Error.
can someone please hlep me?

Hi Jimmycao,
Why don't you try using part wise meshing option or keep separate Direct meshing operations to each pair of parts, as you know that Star CCM+ is one of the consistent software which brings the results close to real time even if you use non - conformal mesh.
And can you tell me the PEM thickness you are using in your model.
