Abaqus co-simulation: mesh doesn't deform

Hello, I am trying to set up a simple case of fluid-structure interaction for a plate with star-ccm and Abaqus.
Following the tutorial and the guide, I managed to run a first simulation. The air pressure on the plate is interpolated on Abaqus mesh at each time-step, then Abaqus computes stresses and displacements. However, for some reason, the displacements computed by Abaqus are not transferred back to star-ccm. I can see that as the mesh in star-ccm is not deformed (i.e. the plate does not bend in star-ccm, even if the displacement computed by Abaqus is high). I'm starting to think that the morphing motion I assigned to the fluid region is not working as it is supposed to. Has anybody encountered the same issue? |

In case anybody faced the same issue: I changed under co-simulation/link1/imported variables the displacement option from unmanaged to managed. That made it work
