Mjfarrow99 is on a distinguished road
Hello all,

I am running some complex simulations taking around 30 hours, but within this time I occasionally need to be using my PC for other things. This means I currently am not running Star CMM on the maximum number of cores. Is it possible to save or pause my simulations so that the processing power becomes free until I wish to restart the simulation? This would mean I can run my simulations much faster and intermitently pause them when required.

Any help would be appreciated

Many thanks.

You could assign low priority to the Star processes.

Yeah you just click the little red circle with an x in it near the bottom left to interrupt the simulation.
