Hello,
I am doing mesh study. Now I have got a good mesh and it is converged. I am using directed mesh, would it be possible in Star-ccm+ increase mesh size and use that old run? Is it doable? I have stared one, but how can I verify this solution is on new mesh? Thank you

Yes.... You can do it. Remesh the domain in previous solution file. Right click on region and interpolate the solution on new mesh. Remember sometimes it doesn't work as it should be.
