Dear All,
I would like to whether someone knows how we can acquire the velocity components derivative explicitly as a result from STAR-CCM+ ?

You can create a field function that calculates it and report out as a monitor/plot.

If you enable "Temporary Storage Retained" for the flow solver you get the velocity gradients directly as field function provided.
