Hi,

Is there a way of sorting data from a table (maximum to minimum) and get the corresponding x, y, z values (for the maximum) at each time step directly in StarCCM+ ?
My goal is to plot the location of the maximum of a certain parameter with time.

Thanks

Found another way thanks to the Steve Portal. For the people interested:

A maximum report is first created with the scalar field of interest.
Then a field function looking like ($Scalar == $MaximumReportScalar) ? 1 : 0. You can visualize this in a new scalar scene, it will highlight the cell.
Create then a threshold, the field function as "scalar" and the condition "all above" 0.
Finally 3 maximum reports with the threshold as the part and for each report $Centroid[X] Y / Z as the scalar.
