Permission denied errors

OK so including the quote of post 6 at the top of my post was causing a permission denied error. Why?

We are forced to run several different spam-filters on the forums. One of the filters compares the content of your post with a huge database of typical spam and gives each message a spam rating. If the post you wanted to quote contained something common in spam-posts and you added something else that is a bit spam-like the total spam rating of your message might go above our spam-rating-limit and then your communication with our web-server will be blocked.

We have another spam-filter that will block your IP for a period after 5 repeated content-blocks within a short period.

I apologize about these problems. We are fighting a hard battle to keep the forum reasonable free from spam. And sometimes innocent people are affected.

This apparently even prevents me from logging in with a correct password. I get a permission denied error mentioning php. I messaged you username of account with which I have this issue.
