Hello folks,
I have a problem when posting content with images, or URL. I've got a forbidden error, telling me that I've do not have permission to access /Forum/newreply.php on this server. I've tried from different computers and on different networks but the problem still persist. In some cases I've managed to update some images, but I do not know why these post are allowed and other aren't. I don't know if uploading images is not allowed in the server or I'm trying to do it wrong. Its quite annoying to have this error and lost all the written content, so I've skipped all the images from my posts, but I still wondering why this is happening. You know... a picture worth a thousand words... It would be great if someone can help me with this issue. Last edited by crubio.abujas; June 20, 2020 at 11:42. Reason: solved |

Sometimes our spam-filters can be a bit too aggressive. One thing to try is to post without any smileys since for some reason the code used to generate smileys in our forum software increases the spam rating in one of our spam filters.
If you want me to look at why your submission failed please send me (via private message or email to webmaster@cfd-online.com) your IP number (check on https://whatismyip.com) and the approximate time when your submission failed. Then I can look in the logs to see what happened. |

Thank you Jonas, I've just send you an email with the details. Yes, smileys seems to cause problems too when attached directly as pictures, but they work if you type them like characters like: ; ) (without the space ) |

The filter rule that caused this problem has now been disabled. I apologize about the problems.
