Hello!
I have an .stl file of a 2D surface, and would like to color it by coordinates, specifically by the value of the y-coordinate. Any help would be much appreciated! Jack. |

You can simply use a "Calculator" filter to extract different data types for visualisation. Normally you can just apply a calculator filter to your STL and write an expression similar to "coordsY". Good luck with your project! |

Ah, simpler than I thought! Much appreciated, Swempa, that has worked perfectly for me.
