EDIT:

For those of you wanting to plot a point over time in paraview >4.x here's how:

Choose: Probe location and input your coordinates. After pressing apply a spreadsheet will appear. Highlight the entry and subsequently click on the "plot selection over time" icon.
In there click on copy active selections and it will plot that point over all time steps.

Old versions used Selection inspector:

I'm modelling flow past a cube and would like to plot pressure over time at a point on the cube. I can't seem to create a time series plot in paraview for a specific point (with specific coordinates). I can do it for some selection of points but that I've chosen with my mouse but I need to be exact. I see the FindData menu is the answer but still can't specify coordinates...

I've read http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...-parafoam.html but paraview seems to have lost the selection inspector menu

Any thoughts?

Also found this link but i need to specify coordinates: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/par...ector-tab.html
