Hey all,
I have been looking for a way to calculate the average over a spatial direction in either OpenFoam or Tecplot. I have a circular cylinder in a flow and I would like to see the pressure distribution around this cylinder. So what I want is a spanwise average of the pressure around the circular cylinder. I found a way by exporting the values to excel and then average them over the points with the same x,y coordinates, but I was wondering if there wasn't a build in option like this in paraView I have been looking on the forum here as well as on the paraview website, but I could not find a solution to my problem. Does anybody know how to take the average over a spatial direction in paraView? Kind Regards |
