Hi all,
I always load my OpenFOAM case with "paraview" and then load the file *.foam in the case dir. I get the following error: Code:
created temporary 'Sandia_COH2N2.OpenFOAM' shor-ty@cfd:~/OpenFOAM/shor-ty-2.2.x/run/Sandia_COH2N2$ paraview paraview.foam Warning: In /home/shor-ty/OpenFOAM/ThirdParty-2.2.x/ParaView-3.12.0/VTK/IO/vtkOpenFOAMReader.cxx, line 4414 vtkOpenFOAMReaderPrivate (0x233b790): Different time directories with the same time value 0.005 and 0 found. 0 will be ignored. Does anyone know how to resolve the problem? WIth paraFoam everything is working fine. Thanks in advance, Tobi |

Hi Tobi,
Check the file "0.005/uniform/time". Best regards, Bruno

Hi Tobi,
Mmmm... then the only thing that comes to mind is that there might be a conflict of "." vs ",". Try the following command, before running paraview: Code:
export LC_ALL=C Best regards, Bruno

Bruno - its working.
I made an Ubuntu update two days ago. Since that date this error occurs. Now I set your export variable to my bash_rc file and everything is working again. Thanks. Tobi |
