Dear Foam s,
please

can anyone tell me how can I set a fixed heat flux on a wall using buoyantBoussinesqPimpleFoam?

On the temperature file (T and T.org), if I set temperature as a fixedGradient, does it works?

like grad (T) = qflux / k.

Thanks for the attention.

it depends ur k is fixed or not
1) if your k is fixed so use the fix Gradient for temperature

2) if your k is variable and change during simulation use groovyBC, to read k in each simulation and divide it into fixed qflux. (you can find in froum more )

Thanks for the help.

I'm having problems with the time step of my case,
when I set a fixedGradient to define heat flux ( k constant), if I increase the time step on controlDict, the results change too: temperature increases...

Anyone know what am I doing wrong ?

Thanks for the attention.
