Hello Preers,
I installed OpenFoam 12 in WSL and also in Ubuntu 24.04
I was simulating a CHT case in transient mode using command : chtMultiRegionFoam. However, I would like to launch the same case in steady state mode and trying to use command: chtMultiRefionSimplefoam. However, I get error
Command 'chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam' not found.

Is it a bug or am I using a wrong command to launch the simulation in steady state mode.
Kindly help.

Did you check controlDict file in system folder. I think they changed chtMultiRegionFoam to foamMultiRun in OpenFOAM 12.

And also please check fvSchemes of fluid.

in fvSchemes if you have this:

ddtSchemes
{
default steadyState;
}
The simulation will run in steady state
