Hello to all
I have just started learning OpenFOAM (OpenFOAM Foundation Version 11). I want to do simulations of steady state and unsteady state, but I don't know which simulation are of steady state and unsteady state. Also, I want to use different solvers like SimpleFOAM and PisoFOAM, but I couldn't find this solver in the Solver folder in OpenFOAM (I am using OpenFOAM version 11, by the OpenFOAM Foundation). Thank you in advance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Hello,
OpenFOAM-11 introduced a major change in OpenFOAM, as solvers are replaced by a modular approach. I suggest to read the release notes where you will find equivalences between old solvers and new modular solvers: https://openfoam.org/release/11/ Regards, Yann |
