variableHeightFlowRateInletVelocity whith dynamicMesh

Hello,
I am trying to use the variableHeightFlowRateInletVelocity boundary condition together with dynamicMesh in interFoam and I have found error. The same case without dynamicMeshDict works fine, could anyone help me?
The error found is as follows:
