Hello everyone,
Does anyone know how to sample a decomposed/parallel case without having to reconstruct it? Specifically, I have decomposed a flume into 16 subdomains. I would like to sample alpha.water along a line (a wave gauge) at a few locations... As well I would like to calculate the force on an object by integrating the pressure. I have the sampleDict written, and have used it before on reconstructed cases..but is there a way to alter the following command to sample the processor0 - processorx folders instead of reconstructing? postProcess -func sampleDict The reason I ask is due to memory limits, I cannot reconstruct this case without clearing out my hard drive Thanks!!!!! PS - I've come across this if anyone could help explain (I used interFoam solver): mpirun -np 2 pimpleFoam -parallel -postProcess |
