Dear Foamers, i'm new to openfoam. Right now, i'm trying to simulate local scour around marine structures. The whole model consists of two parts. One is to solve flow patterns around strucutres, which is a 3D case; another is to solve Exner equation, which is a 2D case. I'm thinking about transfer the wall shear stress in the bottom boundary in the 3D case to the 2D case, where the wall shear stress is stored in the cell center. Here, i come across a problem, how to realize this in openfoam? Could anyone give some clues?

Hello Lin. I'm new to OpenFOAM and I want to simulate scouring around bridge piers. Have you done your work with scouring? Can I ask you for some help?
