command not found when i use checkMesh command

Hello everyone!I used fluent3DMeshToFoam to convert a propeller mesh in openfoam.After that when i used checkMesh command under my case dir.it shows that :command not found.The same situation happened when i used mergeMeshes command.I can't figure out the problem.Thanks !
