Hello everybody,
I would like to simulate a pipe flow with two inflows ( first inflow cold 10 °; second inflow 54°C) and one outflow with the mixture of both (at 37°C).

I'm using icoFoam solver modified to solve temperature equation.
The inlet where I have hot water, which enter at a velocity of 0.026 m/s, is inclined at an angle of 70°.

I have problem with the velocity profile it is not working well, while for the temperature i got a good result.

Hi arianna,

I think you got the velocity on inletFace2 wrong. O think the magnitude is approximately 0.021 m/s. There is a surfaceNormal boundary condition that might be easier to use.
