Hey guys, I'm quiet new to CFD and am in the need to analyze air flow around an object. I already have the shape of the object (a 3D object) in STL format and need to do the analysis using simple foam. Please guide me on how to build the mesh file and define the boundaries....Sorry if this topic has been posted by someone else before. I actually couldn't find any helpful information from any of the previous topics
Thanks in advance |

Then several tutorials with simpleFoam are provided, depending on what is your case you will find some similar to use as example. Best way is to copy tutorials folder and substitute your .stl in sHM, boundary conditions name in 0 folder and so on, and starting from these simulations |
