chtMultiRegionFoam not writing any results but not giving any errors

Hello all
I am new to openfoam. I dont know why this is happening but my cht multiregion simulation is not writing any results for any timesteps I tried changing lots of things in controlDict but nothing seems to help I am not getting any errors while running meshing or simulation My mesh failed 2 checks could this be the reason. snippet from chtmultiregionfoam simulation Code:

You set the write interval to 1s. With a timestep of 0.001s only every 1000 step will be written. Dependent on your courant number maybe even more timesteps will be needed.

Ahh man i thought it was how many timesteps it wrote results . I didnt think it was in seconds
