dsmcFoamPlus becoming silent on cluster

Hi,
I am using dsmcFoamPlus from
https://github.com/MicroNanoFlows/Op...ee/devel-craig

However, I am facing some problems while running it in parallel.
First.. it is not able to to scale up for more than 1 node.
On many core cpu like 28 cores or 40 cores, the program becomes silent randomly.
I have tried changing decomposition strategy, tried changing the Openmpi version.

The other thing is our cluster has >gcc8.2 and >openmpi 3.
Recently I found that silent kill is there during serial runs also on cluster.

Any suggestion in troubleshooting it is appreciated.

Further, I am thinking to compile dsmcFoamPlus on OF6 or above? Has anyone tried it?
