Hi,
good day to everyone. I tried to do a small internal flow transient case setup using the solver rhoPimpleFoam. But the solver does not run and there is no error message displayed. I tried modifying the case multiple times with other tutorial files but no use. The solver runs till the stage where it gets the thermophysical properties and then just stops. attaching the case set and screenshot for your refernce, can some one shed some light on what I have done worng? Thanks for your valuable time in advance You can download the case setup here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T1L...ew?usp=sharing rhoPimple.PNG |

I experienced the same problem with application of v2112... In case of chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam. If I replace perfectGas (in thermophysicalproperties) with constant rho the solver is running... All of the cht tutorials are not working with perfectGas setting. Could anybody help in this problem?

Hi Martin,
In OpenFOAM-v2112, the tutorial cpuCabinet uses perfectGas EOS with chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam: https://develop.openfoam.com/Develop...oam/cpuCabinet Regards, Yann |
