Hello,
I have a question regarding parcelInjectionProperties. I want to do a KinematicTableLookUpInjection and need the file parcelInjectionProperties. Here's my file for one injector Quote:
green: velocity purple: particle diameter, density, mass flow, temperature, Cp But what exactly do the last numbers (brown) mean? Unfortunately I can't find any information about them. Thanks! |

Just in case any new Foamer is looking for the explanations of these variables like I was before :
Quote:
u, v, w = global cartesian velocity components [m/s] d = diameter [m] rho = density [kg/m3] mDot = mass flow rate [kg/s] T = temperature [K] cp = specific heat capacity [J/kg/K] Y(3) = total mass fraction of gas (Y0), liquid (Y1), solid (Y3) Yg(Ngas) = mass fractions of gaseous components Yl(Nliq) = mass fractions of liquid components Ys(Nsld) = mass fractions of solid components https://www.openfoam.com/documentati...Injection.html |
