I want to simulate blood flow in arterial stenosis using OpenFOAM. Which OpenFOAM solver is good for that??

simpleFoam, icoFoam, pimpleFoam, pisoFoam.

thank u for your response. One more thing I need to know. which tool is easy to mesh artery type geometry for openFoam simulation?

If you have a stl. file of your artery use snappyHexMesh. If you do not have a solid model you will have to generate one using freeCAD/Salome/gMesh, etc.
