Which OpenFOAM tutorial can I adjust to model a water pond with one inlet (above the surface feeding the pond) and one outlet (weir flow leaving the pond)? I would like to assume a square (earthen, hence a given roughness on the walls and bottom) pond with a given depth and no bottom slope. I appreciate any help.

I'm guessing interFoam and using the dam break tutorial. The earth would be one region and the other is water. Having an inlet and outlet might be something difficult to add to that tutorial as it's not really made that way, I'm not certain what other tutorial has the setup that you want.
