Hello,
I have created an example using the airFoil2D example from OpenFoam and created my own geometry. For some reason that is far from my knowledge now, the simulation does not run with simpleFoam. If you have time, the files are here: If you are an expert, would you be so kind to take a look at it and tell me where the problem is? Thanks a lot... Francisco |

Hi Francisco,
I have tried to run your case. All the boundaries in constant/polyMesh/boundary are defined as a patch, some of them must be defined with the type wall or empty. Also, there is a boundary "airfoil" not included in the 0 time fields. freestreamVelocity and freestreamPressure aren't in my current OpenFoam version, however freestream yes it is. Even this corrections must be another mistake, simpleFoam run but finalize with an error at time 15. I hope it helps you. Greetings, Lorena |
