How to pause the calculation

My icoFoam is running.It seems that finishing the calculation needs at least 10 hours.How can I pause the calculation?I want to turn off my pc and continue the project tomorrow.

If your controlDictionary has the entry runTimeAdjustable set to true, set the stopAt to writeNow. Tomorrow make sure your startFrom is set to latestTime, then rerun after setting stopAt back to endTime.
