hello,
can anybody help me to finde out, what is the formel of "CrankNicholson schemes" that OpenFoam uses? src/finiteVolume/finiteVolume/ddtSchemes/CrankNicholsonDdtScheme best, Jim |

I haven't looked into the code, but did you check the scheme in general? Do you believe it uses a different formula?

The only difference is that OpenFOAM has a blending to Euler scheme in the code. But if you set "CrankNicolson 1" in fvSchemes, you get the regular Crank-Nicolson scheme.
