Hello:
I intend to use subset mesh motion in foam-extend 3.1 for multiple subset mesh motion. The idea is to cut the mesh to two or more different connect parts, the exposed faces acts as the boundary patch and are imposed the boundary conditions. different mesh parts may have different mesh motion solvers. I am going to modify a little bit on the source code of the subset mesh motion class. It should be fairly easy but unfortunately I am not so good at C++. Should I create two motion solver autoPtr, then in the case file I should have two dynamicMeshDict? how should the program knows which solver acts on which parts? Best regards Hao |

Dear Hao,
Have you succeeded on this issue?

It's been so long, does anyone have a clue about this issue?
