Hey,
I am working with icoReactinMultiPhaseInterFoam and need condensation of a component of a multicomponent gas. It was mentioned in the release notes how this is done, however it does not work this way. Two years ago this was already mentioned here: openfoam development Has someone worked on this already or is still working on it? Greetings, Teresa |

Hi Nobo,
sadly I haven't solved the problem. I came to the conclusion that although stated differently it wasn't properly implemented yet. I read this Paper from Zhang (2020) stating that the vaporized elements of the alloy I use form solids in the vent. Therefor I neglect the condensation and try to get the vapor out of my calculation domain. This however does not work as good as I had hoped. I am still interested in the multi component condensation. Regards, Teresa |
