Hello,
I typed Allwmake in "src/thermophysicalModels" folder to compile a change I had made in the chemistryModel.C file located in "src/thermophysicalModels/chemistryModel" folder. The compilation did not give me any errors. But when I compile my reactingFoam solver, it gives me the following error message: symbol lookup error: /home/Dan/apps/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.2.0/platforms/linux64GccDPOpt/lib/libreactionThermophysicalModels.so: undefined symbol: _ZN11yyFlexLexer6yywrapEv Can anyone help me to understand what this means and how I can get rid of this error? Thanks! |

Sorry to bother. Have you solved this problem and could you give me some suggestions?I compiled src/thermoPhysicalModels/chemistryModel successfully. But when i run tutorials/combustion/laminar/counterFlowFlame2D using reactingFoam, it reminded me that
Code:
reactingFoam: symbol lookup error: /home/dyfluid/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-7/platforms/linux64GccDPInt32Opt/lib/libchemistryModel.so: undefined symbol: _ZN4Foam18TDACChemistryModelINS_17psiReactionThermoENS_19sutherlandTransportINS_7species6thermoINS_11janafThermoINS_15PengRobinsonGasINS_6specieEEEEENS_16sensibleEnthalpyEEEEEE8typeNameE |
