how to set complex boundary condition, namely a developed velocity in inlet of pipe?

Hi

can anyone help me to write a complex boundary condition without swak4foam? I wanna set developed velocity boundary condition in inlet of pipe, its formula is:

V=V_max*[1-(r/R)^2]

openfoam has simple boundary condition type such as "fixedvalue, fixedgradient and mixed" . How can I implement a variable Bc with posotion without swak4Foam?

You can use the codedFixedValue condition.
