Hi everyone,
I am trying to impose a velocity profile at the inlet of a duct. The velocity profile is dependent on y and z coordinates and the flow is in the x direction. I have attached my 0/U file as well as the error message that I got in a txt file. I am not really experience with c++, so it is likely that the mistake is in my inlet boundary code. I have been able to run the solver that I wrote with uniform velocity just fine. I don't really understand where the problem is exactly. I am running OpenFOAM 2.2.2. Any help would be much appreciated. Regards, Charles |

I think here is a working example using swakFoam:
http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...swak4foam.html I would start with this example and then modify it to use your formulation of the profile. |
