Hi everyone,

I am working on CFD simulation of water in rotating drum. BlockMesh and simulation runs well.

But when I am trying to view it in ParaView, I could not see the water inside the drum. I also tried using "clip" , "slice" and "contour" commands. But it did not work. I could not also rotate the drum in paraview.

The following is the link to the cases of my project:

I am using Dam Break tutorial and changed it according to needs.
Can anyone help me overcome this problem?

HEY FIRST OF ALL UR LINK IS EMPTY
second. did you see the water at the initial time=0 after running setfields. u should always check whether water has been set in domain initially or not
so check at t=0, if u see water then, there should be no problem in visualizing it at a later time

Hi,

Sorry, I changed the link. Now I think it works. I checked initially also water wasn't there.

Quick answer: I've come here due to a PM you sent me and only today did I finally manage to look into this.

Take a look into the sloshing tank tutorial cases. The following thread has a lot of details about it: what is the difference between sloshingTank3D and sloshingTank3D3DoF?
