Hey Foamers,

i've used the vorticity utility to calculate the vorticuty of my flow but i don't know how to plot it in Paraview. Is there any way except the stream tracer->coloured by : vorticity?

you can directly choose the viarible Vorticity in the board in Paraview.It's besides the P.U.

It stands for flow-structure-interaction, and it's about calculating stresses and displacements of the structure due to the presence of the flow.

Well, you don't need to define it yourself. What is your doubt about?

that's OK now.how can improve the quality of contoour shapes?they have too contrast from blue to red.do you change the range in paraview?till what value?

Maybe the number of colours that you choose for your presentation can fix the problem. I use 17 colours. You can adjust them by clicking on the "Edit Colour Map" button.

that's very better now.I confined its range scal to [-20000,200000] and 17 colors as you said.

Did you solve it?Now i meet the same problem,and i use icoFsiElasticNonLinULSolidFoam to solve FSI,if possible ,please leave your email,i think we are the same country.
