Dear colleague,
As part of the Delft Software Days, Deltares Academy is hosting a two-day course on open-source CFD for offshore and coastal structures. The course is held from the 31st of October to 1st of November. During the course you are introduced to our open-source CFD-models that are specifically developed for design of offshore and coastal structures. The course focuses on the hydrodynamic loads on offshore wind turbine foundations and the interaction between waves and coastal structures. All software is available to the course participant in a pre-made and easy to use installation. This installation can also be used after the course. More information on the course and the registration is found here: http://www.dsd-int.nl/2016/waves2foa...al-structures/ Please note that the number of spots is limited. We are looking forward to see you in Delft! All the best, Bo T. Paulsen and Niels G. Jacobsen (bo.paulsen <at> deltares.nl and niels.jacobsen <at> deltares.nl)
