Dear Colleagues,
we (staff at TUM and GRS) would like to initiate an OpenFOAM user group at the campus in Garching. We plan to meet on regular basis at GRS (www.grs.de) to discuss OpenFoam problems and achievements. We would like to encourage everybody who deals with CFD using OpenFOAM to participate. Since our chosen working tool is OpenFoam, it is expected all discussions to be focused towards it. The group is seen as a working group where opinions and experiences are to be exchanged to help each other in our work. The first meeting is scheduled for November 13 2014, 14:00. We will probably use it to introduce the different working topics and to organize the following meetings. Please let me know until November 12 if you intend to come (to arrange for access control). Also let me know if your are interested in attending future meetings (I know this announcement is on short notice) Would you be so kind to distribute this announcement among those who would have interest in participating? Do you want us to reply here, or via mail?
Cause I'd totally be interested. Also, I didn't know Boltzmanstraße 14 really existed .
