Creating circle blockmesh

You can make a much nicer mesh than that: put a square in the middle and 4 blocks around it. The quality of the mesh will be better, you won't get the worning + the code will run faster.

You didn't get me right - I meant a mesh like this:
You should be able to see 5 blocks. As for the discretisation, try using least square gradients and the rest should be OK. Hrv

how you calculate the arcs of the block? To my knowledge it's done by using sine and cosine? thanks,
