How refine custom region on axisymmetric mesh?

hello,
I have generated an axisymmetric mesh, but I am facing some challenges when it comes to refining a particular custom region within the domain. What is the recommended approach to refine a custom region within an axisymmetric mesh in OpenFOAM such as shown in the attached? |
